South Wairarapa Runners August event: South Featherston

This is a run that starts and finishes at the home of Judy Rayner, one of our regulars. She lives at 100 Ashbys Road.

From Judy: The run is out and back, flat, bit of mud in places, some blackberry and gorse towards the turn around. If we start at my place, it is just over 8km all together.  If some want to start part way, they can drive to the stop bank and do a shorter walk so they get to the end. Not a spectacular view, but it is of where the river meets the lake. Feel free to stay for a cuppa after.
